We have currently closed our waiting room at ask that upon your arrival, please do not leave your car, and text us at (720) 537-6444 to let us know that you are here, including your name, provider you are seeing, and type of car you are driving. We will let you know when your provider is ready. Please note this number is to be used only to notify us of your arrival.
We will be taking temperatures of every patient, and if your temperature is 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or greater, unfortunately, we will be unable to treat you.
A mask or face covering is required to be treated. We will be unable to treat you if you are not wearing a mask.
New patient paperwork will be distributed electronically on a disinfected iPad.
We are minimizing the amount of people in the building, so we ask that you come to your appointment alone, no other guests. If you have scheduled an appointment with a friend, please note that each patient will have to come in separately.
We please ask that you postpone your appointment if you are not feeling well, especially if you have cold/flu like symptoms or if you have been traveling recently. Please let the office know you will not be coming in for your appointment.
Our staff is using personal protective equipment when they deem necessary to reduce transmission of viruses and bacteria during this time.
